This was very good and a nice alternative to a heavy cream pasta dish. I marinated my chicken in a cajun marinade and grilled it as well as the zucchini before tossing it all together. Added a little extra parmesan as well. This was yummy & a great dish if you are craving creamy pasta but do not want all the calories of butter & cream. I forwarded this one to my friends!

Excellent and easy pasta recipe. My butter and heavy cream loving husband even gave this an "I'd love if you made this again" review. I doubled the amount of zucchini, added sliced mushrooms, cooked my veggies and chicken on the grill because it's summer time, and then tossed all but the chicken together with pasta and sauce. I'm a vegetarian, so I added the chicken into my husbands dish last.

    I highly recommend!

Yum! So simple, yet very tasty! Highly recommend this recipe, very nice Parmesan cheese sauce. To those reviews who say "not enough sauce" -- remember the recipe only calls for 12oz of pasta, not 16oz (which i think is normally 1 box.

I followed the recipe pretty closely, but cheated and added a bit of whipping cream and chicken broth to the sauce. Fantastic! I also used lemon pepper pappardelle pasta from Trader Joe's. Will be making this again!

This was so delicious! My whole family loved it, even my 5 year old son who is an extremely picky eater. I actually added some blanched broccoli as well and I will keep adding more & different veggies each time I make it.

I'm really picky about alfredo sauce. Most of the time it is really bland if it is healthier, but this recipe is absolutely delicious! I'm not much of a cook, and this was really easy to make.

Since everyone complained about too little sauce, I added 1/4 cup more of evaporated milk and 3/4 cup more of 1% milk plus 1 cup more Parmesan. And I couldn't stop eating it. I took some over to Mom and even she didn't complain (which is a compliment and my picky-eater sister loved it. My only regrets are that the chicken could have used more than just salt and pepper. Other than that it turned out perfect and I'll definitely be making more for a family get together soon.

I have to share my review... this was soooo good. I was so surprised, as most low-fat cream sauces get really gloppy, but this one was really fantastic. What a find!

This recipe is good if......you double the sauce! The whole wheat pasta just soaked it all up. Also, the parsley was overwhelming, it's all I tasted with every bite. I would still add it, just not as much. Good alternative to heavy pasta/meatball dishes.

We enjoyed this as a healthy solution to a normally very heavy dish. I took the advice of another rater and added roasted asparagus and it was delicious. Also if salt isn't a factor in your dieting habits then a little garlic salt goes a long way to really bring out the flavors. Enjoy!
