This recipes is great! Everybody's asking me for the recipe! i made it for a barbeque. I am middle eastern and a barbeque usually consists of shish kabob and Shish tawut (chicken. usually you have hummus with kabob. I thought i would try this recipe as a more filling alternative to hummus and i was not dissapointed. you get the great taste of hummus but with crispy greens! i love it

I tried this out when I was fixing up a quick lunch, I didn't have mint or oranges so I just made do with the rest of the ingredients, it still tasted fantastic. I great lunch on its own or as a side dish for dinner. It looks pretty too.

I thought this recipe sounded a little odd, with the different flavors of the dressing on the chickpeas and in the yogurt--but it's SO good!! I'm really bummed that my husband polished off all the leftovers...Definately making this again very soon!

This is an excellent salad to serve with grilled lamb chops. The flavors are very well balanced. While the yogurt sauce was good, the salad was perfect without it so it didn't really add anything. I roughly chopped the baby spinach leaves and tossed it all together to serve. Wonderful!!!

We brought this from a bbq at a friends last night. Everyone loved it and asked from the recipe-- which is good. So why the 3-stars? I needed to punch this up a bit. I added a bit more lemon juice & a couple of tablespoons of white wine vinager and a fair amount of salt. Also added more parlsey than it called for. We did use the yogurt sauce which people liked, but I thought it was a bit odd.
