I loved it. The rub was especially good. I could just use that on steak, and have a salad with it, and be done.

Was wonderful! Even my husband commented on how good it is, and he is quite the critic. Changed the Salsa up a little and figured since I was already grilling, I grilled up some Tomoteos (instead of using cucumbers, hot and mild peppers and add them to the salsa. I also made grilled Mexican style corn on the cob as a side dish, gave it that perfect combination of spices for a Fun Summer evening.

The rub recipe for the steak is amazing. I have used it on chicken, potatoes, shrimp, and fish... everything, it is amazing. Great flavor combo!

These were delicious! I doubled the rub and grilled, the steaks were seasoned perfectly. My hubby isn't a fan of avocado so used mango salsa instead... Perfect. Everybody raved and wanted more. Thanks for the superb recipe.

I thought the salsa was very good. However, the steak had no flavor for me or my husband. I'll keep the salsa recipe but toss the steak.

This is one of my all time favorite recipes. To me, the best part was the salsa. It was so flavorful and mouthwatering, and at the same time extremely refreshing. It looked beautiful too - the stark contrast between the rich purple slivers of onion and the jade green veggies was so unusual and stunning. The salsa was a great accompaniment to the steak tacos. I used flour instead of corn tortillas since they were what I had on hand, and it was delicious.

One of our go to meals. My family doesn't like Avacados so I use a pineapple salsa and works perfect. Love this.
