Recipe was a perfect balance of flavors - sweet with tart. I used left-over roasted chicken and just marinated it for a few minutes and was glad to finally use that can of mandarin oranges that has been languishing in my pantry for months. It even passed muster with my picky Mother!

This recipe was a big hit with the whole family. I already had leftover chicken from the night before, so I tossed it with the marinade and it still imparted the flavor. Great recipe!

Upon returning from a trip, my husband asked what I could cook that was healty, light, and tasty. Having just printed this recipe I headed for the kitchen. This really hit the spot. I halved the recipe and still had leftovers for my lunch the next day.
