I really liked how quick it was to pull this recipe together. So my only issue would be that it needed just a little something extra, like some garlic powder or chili powder. I am going to tweak it and make it again though.

Tried this one tonight after work, and it was a total hit! Used sugar free syrup because my husband is a diabetic, but it was still excellent. Based on the other reviews I used a non-stick skillet and it worked really well.
This is definitely a keeper! Thank you.

I really enjoyed the glaze for this one. I modified the recipe though. Instead of grilling on the stove top, I started them on the stove top in a cast iron skillet and finished them off in the oven which helped the glaze adhere much better than what other reviewers are reporting. It's a definite "do again" for us.

This was good. Next time I will add a little more Chipotle, and allow the chops to soak a little.

Very good and very easy...I might try baking these to finish them next time as the glaze burnt a bit in the grill pan.

This recipe is easy and full of flavor but all the marinade drained away from the pork chops instead of carmalizing on them. I recommend using a skillet instead of a grill pan.

I wanted to like this recipe. It's definitely easy. I agree with previous reviewers that after cooking over grill, the meat needs to go into the oven for about 20 minutes. (I baked it at 350.
Maybe I'm just slow, but when I read "place on grill pan", I thought it was going in the broiler. Then, I guessed that it should have been cooked on the stove. Maybe it was supposed to have been cooked on the grill of an outdoor cooker (aka "bbq". If so, perhaps it would have had more flavor. As it was, this dish was very bland.

I thought the sauce was delicious but it didn't glaze well for me, maybe because I threw it on the grill or added more chipotle than called for. My advice is learn from my mistakes, stick to measurements on this one, and don't grill it. I see potential.

This recipe is outstanding! It has the perfect spice level and symphony of flavors. It was a huge success with me and my husband. I cooked them in a skillet because I don't have a grill-top & they still colored beautifully because of the syrup & chipotle. This dish is going to make a regular appearance on our dinner table!

I also had a problem with the glaze burning in my grill pan. But I was surpised to see such a high rating for these by other members. I thought they were really bland, and I ended up adding a spicy BBQ seasoning blend at the end to make them more appetizing.
