This recipe is very similar to the way we make it in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Try adding a bit of diced jalapeno for a unique zest :

This recipe is so simple yet it tastes so good! The only changes I made were I added a chopped up tomato and I blended the guac in the food processor to get a smoother consistency. So yummy, but don't expect left overs!

I recently visited Cozumel and my husband and I stopped for a snack at a local eatery - we ordered salsa and guacamole and come to find out they sprinkled the chunky dip with PARMESAN CHEESE. It was soo yummy and unexpected... if your hesitant, they sprinkle the low-fat cheese on one chip and you'll change your mind!

This was great receipe! I like my chili to have more tomatoes so added 48 oz crush tomatoes, more heat for me so I added 6-7 chipotle peppers and 1tbp chili powder. Served with mac and cheese. Wonderful chili!!

I received some avocados at work today, came home, and wanted to have guacamole. I've never made guacamole before and this recipe couldn't have been any easier. I had all the ingredients, threw it together, and in 5 minutes, YUM it was the bomb! Topped it off with some salsa and was in chip heaven. The only extra ingredient I added to it was to mix in some garlic powder. Kudos to Ellie for another great recipe ;o
