This is WAY better than the crap you get served at restaurants...but beware...if you make this, you will eat the entire thing at one time!

I watched her make it on tv and decided that it would be great for a picnic. Well, it lasted about 10min. Luckily, I squeezed through the crowd and managed to get a chip in and notice the bowl was nearly wiped clean!

You can't get any easier of a recipe however, I modified it a little. Prior to adding the avocado, I ran the onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt through the food processor. For big groups, I recommend doubling up the recipe.

This guacamole is so fresh and delicious. I cut the cilantro in half because it is not one of our favorite ingredients, but the lime really gave it an awesome and unique flavor. This would be a great crowd pleaser and is much better than other guacamoles we made that have sour cream and other fatty ingredients. We will eat this again for sure

This guacamole was wonderful. I like the fact that it didn't use tomatoes in the recipe.

but not bad. It is less guacamole and more avacado salad, or avacado salsa. The flavors are good, but I like my guacamole to be creamy and with different spices.

It was nice with grilled chicken I made it with.
