This recipe is pretty decent. I don't necessarily like the way it tastes on its own, however, I put it on pulled pork sandwiches and it compliments the pork very well. For me on its own, it slightly lacks in flavor.

This is a great recipe! It's easy to make. I also made the BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches (Ellie's recipe to go with the slaw. My husband & I love it! He did not know that it contained yogurt. If I told him that he would not have eaten it! We actually put some of the slaw right onto the sandwich! You gotta try this if you like coleslaw!

Used the coleslaw dressing recipe as I had some greek yogurt and half a head of Napa cabbage to use. Since I've always loved caraway with raw cabbage, cooked cabbage, and kraut, I figured this recipe would work; it did.
The brightness of the yogurt transforms this slaw from the over rich, oversweet stuff we usually get served here in the deep south.

I had half a head of cabbage leftover from Ellie's Fish Taco recipe. So shredded cabbage and added all ingredients except for caraway seeds. Also used red wine vinegar instead of apple cider. I've never made homemade coleslaw before. It came out fine, not spectacular but everyone seemed to like it. Next time would add less vinegar and honey.

excellent change from all that mayo. I did not have any honey so I put in just a little maple syrup and dijon. So good. Thanks Ellie

I tried this and it was not near as good as my regular. If you substitued sour cream for the yougurt and celery seed for the caraway, it would have been much better.
