I subbed celery seed for the caraway, as I don't like the flavor.
The slaw turned out to be a nice, fresh side dish for our BBQ.
No, it is not the usual recipe, but that is the point.
You have to make it and weigh the flavor on its own, not against other slaws.

Probably the worst coleslaw I have ever had! Followed recipe, and put 1/2 the caraway seeds. Just plain tasted weird.....don't recommend wasting your time trying this out.

Greek yogurt is not mayo and don't think that it will taste anything like mayo in this recipe. I made this when my in laws came to visit as we are all watching our diets and was really embarrased. No one liked the cole slaw. Had a very odd flavor that doesn't resemble anything that tastes like cole slaw. Don't try it.

This is excellent, you don't miss the extra mayo at all. I made w/ Ellie's BBQ Chicken sandwiches and put on top of the chicken, it's great. I now love the taste of caraway seeds. Great recipe!

I thought it was great. Just take it easy on the carraway seeds. They can dominate the flavor if you overdo it.

Coleslaw is one of those sides that should be healthy but so often isn't. Thanks Ellie for giving us a nice summer side dish that tastes great and is healthy. I made as written and hubby loved it. However, next time I'll double the honey, add celery seed and forget the caraway seeds. Every family can make this recipe their own, depending on personal taste.

I usually am very picky about my coleslaw. I love KFC and a few others. I loved this one. I added a bit more honey to it then the recipe called to even out the vinegar and it was so good. I can't wait to make this again!

We did not care for this at all. Packaged slaw mix is terrible and too much vinegar.

It lacked flavor and the apple cider vinegar made it really funky. I don't think yogurt is a good substitute for mayonnaise here.
