I'm glad I read the reviews prior to making this. I used the vinegar cautiously, starting with a smaller amount and adding more after tasting, and was glad I did. Each family is different and will need to season to their own taste. In addition, because I didn't have any yogurt, I substituted 1/3 c low-fat sour cream for the yogurt, and then slightly increased the reduced fat mayo I was using (instead of regular mayo.

I didn't have Carroway Seeds so I used Anise Seeds instead. Very delicous! This along with a Boca Burger for a healthy lunch....

Ellie Krieger is great and I'm glad someone is trying to create healthy foods, much better tons of butter and heavy mayo.

I like to soak my cole slaw in a mix of vinegar and water for about a half hour plus or minus. I then rinse the coleslaw well and let it drain well to dry. This takes some of the sharp crunchy out and adds flavor. I then finish my salad.

I thought the previous reviewers maybe just didn't like apple cider vinegar and so I stupidly used the amount the recipe called for and regretted it. Cut it in half and you will be much happier with the slaw. Overall it's just... fine.

This is a good recipe if you are looking for a healthy recipe; however, it does have the tang of the yogurt. My husband says that he's okay with it once in awhile but not for get-togethers and such. I did use celery seed instead of caraway, as I wanted it to be more classic.

Absolutely delicious, easy to make. Creamy with a zesty flavor and the caraway seeds add a very unique taste.

Was looking forward to a healthy style of coleslaw I could make for my husband, but this was just gross. I think the apple cider vinegar just overpowered the slaw.

I made this cole slaw for my family with the pulled BBQ chicken sandwiches and they loved it!! I did substitute the caraway seeds for dill weed...worked awesome!! I highly recommend this for a family who wants to eat healthy or those who just like great food!!!

I have been waiting for Ellie to do a coleslaw! So excited! Tastes like regular coleslaw- would never guess this was lowfat! Just add more honey if you like it sweeter. Thanks so much, Ellie!

Very GOOD... I used Splenda, instead of honey (I am diabetic. I was hesitant about the caraway seeds - but, ended up adding more, cause they added so much to the flavor!!! Also, I drained the plain yogurt in paper towels as Ellie suggested - this is a "keeper recipe" for me!!! Thanks Ellie
