    I made this recipe using plain FF Yogurt and let it drain in the paper towel...worked just fine. The only thing me and the hubby didn't like were the caraway seeds. They overpowered any other flavor in the salad in don't provide any nutriotional benefit. You also don't need them for the crunch, coleslaw is crunchy enough.

    made this as a meal (BBQ chicken and coleslaw both were very disappointing.
    Sorry, I usually enjoy your recipes, but not this time!

    We liked this recipe because it was reduced fat, but still really creamy. We did make a few changes though because it was a little too creamy! We actually added a whole extra 16oz pack of slaw mix and a bit more mayo as well as one packet of Splenda because it was too tangy with both yogurt and vinegar. Next time I will cut back to maybe 1T vinegar.

    I saw Ellie make this and the chicken bbq today. I went to the market to pick up the ingrediants and proceeded to make it! The slaw is deliciously tart from the vinegar. I don't like slaw, but I would make this again and again...
