The croutons and bacon bits were delicious! The salad dressing, however, was not tasty.

I would not make this again, It's ok, but the dressing was a little bit of a turn-off to me. I much prefer Ellie's cobb salad. It's much much better.

I thought this salad sounded just "okay" judging by the ingredient list, but everything comes together to make the PERFECT salad. The pickles in the dressing were like a little treat, and the croutons were so airy without that brain-shaking store bought crunch. I haven't had a salad this delicious in a while, and I've been looking for a good recipe; I think I've found a favorite I'll make over and over!

This salad is very refreshing and is great to be served on a warm summers day. It did call for a lot of ingredients but this one is well worth it and healthy too.
