I just finished making this easy soup! It was delish! I did alter the recipe a bit...I used greek yogurt (2 cups and an extra cuke. I also added some hot sauce for a kick. So good I can't wait for it to chill!

I usually reserve the five star rating for more complex dishes that are more layered in their flavors. But this dish is so simple and so perfect for a summer supper that it earned its rating! Any soup that can be made in the blender and served in five minutes is already a winner. The cucumber and dill combo with the yogurt was so fresh and irresistible. I served with some crusty bread and we spooned the chopped tomatoes into the soup or onto the bread for impromptu bruschetta. Bravissima!

I loved this soup. It was great for lunch on a hot day when you feel like having something lite. You must add the chopped tomatoes and drizzle of olive oil. Very good!

This is a wonderful recipe. I used greek style (2% yogurt which has a mellower taste than that of regular plain yogurt. The drizzle of olive oil made it seem decadant. This is definitely a keeper.

I do recommend eating it with the multi-grain bread she used in the episode. It's helps to balance out the acidity from the yogurt. :
