I made these for my Christmas eve party. They were a hit with everyone, including the kids!

I made these delightful cups for a party a few weeks ago and they need to be brought out for the holidays! Everyone raved about them. I don't even like CRAB and I made them. I think I'll try making some with Tuna (for me tomorrow. I made the salad in the morning and I think the flavors were enhanced throughout the day.

This was absolutely delicious. It was so easy and a huge hit, everyone loved them. I loved how fresh it tasted and the fact that it was healthy was a big plus! I used tomato instead of mango, otherwise I prepared as stated in the recipe.

I brought this to a holiday party and everyone raved about it. I used chicken instead of crab. It was great. Very refreshing.

I made a few substitutions for this recipe, I used fake crabmeat, plum and added some diced canned tomato. This was such a simple and fresh recipe! I loved it and whenever I use a new recipe I always make it for myself first and I'm so glad because I got to eat all of it! I can't wait for my next party, I know it's going to go over great!

I made this recipe a few times over the summer and everyone always LOVED it. It's easy to double or triple for a large party, the wontons can be made ahead a few days and kept in a tupperware container (just stack inside each other to save space, and it lends itself well to additions. I've made it as is, and also have added some chopped red onion & avocado (I love red onion & mango together!. As the lump crabmeat can be expensive I usually get it at BJ's. It tastes even better the next day, although I sometimes have to drain it as it gets a little juicy overnight. It's a great recipe for all year round. I plan to make again for the upcoming holidays!

I just finished making these for a dinner party tonight. I did not have a mini muffin pan, so I used a regular muffin pan and just laid two wonton wraps on top of each other at opposite angles, and it seems to have worked really well. Bigger portions, few servings, and probably not as cute as the mini ones would be...but it's a small party, thank goodness! My only concern is they tasted a little bland, perhaps I should have salted the cups more, this way there would be more of a contrast between the salty and the sweet.

This was delicious and made a nice presentation. I used canned lump crabmeat and made it the day before, putting the salad in the wontons just before serving. Having the salad and dressing sit overnight resulted in an even nicer taste. I will make this again.

this is the perfect appetizer, especially in spring/summer, as the flavors are so light and tasty. Keep an eye on the wontons when they are in the oven - at 8 minutes mine were almost burned.

Salad portion of this dish was very fresh tasting but the Won Ton was a bit shap and very crunchy and not much flavor. May make it again without the Won Ton.
