Another great recipe from Ellie! I had to stop myself from eating most of them before the guests got here, lol. I used diced avocado in place of the cilantro (because my husband doesn't like it. Fantastic, easy and wonderful recipe.

Really TASTY and so cute with their own edible "bowls". I made this twice over the holidays and even the non-seafood lovers loved it! Awesome!

It's a nice, simple recipe; however my wife - the biggest crab lover in the house - didn't like it.

This is a good recipe mostly because the mini salads look so good. I added some diced red bell pepper for color and to make the crab go further. Don't store the filled wontons in the fridge for more than about an hour or they get soggy

Wow, this recipe is so light and fresh tasting. My suggestion is to serve the wontons on the side and let everyone fill their own. If they sit too long the wontons become soft. Really tasty recipe.

All the guests raved about the Crab Salad Wontons and the empty plate spoke for itself. Easy and delicious nibbles, not to mention pretty healthy too!

I had my son and daughter-in-law over for Christmas and I made this and they were in absolute awe of the presentation and couldn't believe the taste and aroma of these wonderful appetizers. I served them with a great bottle of wine and they left wanting more. She wanted the recipe. This is a 10 in our book. I did put sea salt instead of regular salt on the Wonton's and I put fresh parmesean cheese on top.
