Burnt the chips and the dip was too onion-y for me - and i like onion. Not going to bother trying again.

I didn't make the dip, but the chips were great! Hard to believe they're a healthier option. The first time I burnt them all because I put them in for 25 minutes, but the next time I did 20 minutes and I put garlic salt on some and old bay on the others...def will make things again!!

This recipe has incredible flavor! I had a similar issue as the other reviewers with uneven cooking on the potatoes but it didn't interfere with flavor for me. I didn't add the mayonnaise to the onion dip and it was still wonderful. I highly recommend giving this one a try, no one will ever guess they're eating yogurt!

This dip was delicious. A great (and healthier alternative to french onion dip. My potatoes needed longer to crisp than the recipe stated and yes, some of the edges burned a bit, but I found then charmingly rustic and quite good.

The onion dip was great - the chips came out as everyone elses did. Some areas burnt some not and I used a mandolin. Oh well, the dip was great, so it's a 4 star just for that.

I made the dip this afternoon and was surprised at how good it tasted. I wasn't too sure when I first saw that there was yogurt in the recipe, but once the flavors marry you don't get that tangy after taste that you normally have with yogurt. I didn't have Greek yogurt, just regular so I strained it for about 30 minutes (mostly because I wanted to make sure the onions had cooled completely. I changed paper towels about 20 minutes into the straining to check to see if the yogurt really was that watery or if it was just the water soaked paper towel that was still dripping into the bowl. I plan on making this dip again and if I have the time, the chips as well. Can't wait to try baked chips made at home.

These were great. Not one chip left over. I halved the dip recipe just seemed like a lot for the amount of chips I made.

These chips and the dip were both great alone but incredible together. I am addicted to potato chips and have always felt guily after. NO MORE!!! I can not wait to make this for friends. What a great treat. Thanks!

I love using greek yogurt. I didn't have any onion powder so I ground some dehydrated chopped onions up in my magic bullet. I sliced the potatoes in my food processor, which allowed the chips to cook at the same time. Everything turned out perfect! I'm very happy with how healthy this recipe is. Thank you Ellie!
