I made this and after seeing the reviews, added 1 T. of honey and it was pretty darned good. Plus, I took the easy way out and bought bagged brocolli slaw, so it was much easier to make.

I don't usually review recipes but this was just awful. Ellie usually had great stuff but this was horrible. I like all the components in the recipe, including the greek yogurt, but when combined they just didn't work for me. It was so sour thats all we tasted. I am so disappointed because it looked SOO good.

Ellie's recipes are usually healthy and yummy. Not this one. I tasted the dressing before I put it in, it was good. Maybe this is my fault. I just can't eat enough broccoli to have the amount of stems this recipe requires. I ended up chopping up the florets and adding them too, that wasn't a good idea. One reviewer didn't like the Greek yogurt. I didn't think it tasted any different than other plain yogurt. Just a little thicker and nice and creamy. I won't make this again, but the rest of her recipes are still fair game. :- Thanks anyway.

I was not to sure if I was going to like it because I am not a big fan of buttermilk, but the proof was in the pudding. It was fresh, light ,creamy and had a good crunch with the roasted sunflower seeds.

I originally wanted to make this because of its healthy nature, which I still think it is. However, not being used to the flavor of greek yogurt, the sour taste was too much. My husband actually wiped off his tongue and then rinsed his plate. Sorry, though worth trying if you don't mind greek yogurt.
