    I'm a poor college student and I had some frozen chicken and was wondering what I could do with it. This was one of the only recipes that I had all the ingredients already so I gave it a shot and man was I impressed! It was amazing! Definitely will keep this recipe in my back pocket for the future!

    This chicken was simple and very tasty. Instead of pounding the chicken I cut them down the middle to make thin halves. It worked out just as easy but with less mess than pounding the chicken. My family has asked I put this into the must make again box.

    This is a very easy and very tasty chicken dish! I put the spices and chicken in a ziplock bag - so mess - and cooked the chicken on the George Foreman grill - awesome! My family and I use this recipe to make chicken fajitas, chicken nachos, chicken and rice, . . . .very versatile!!

    I had lots of Oranges just sitting there, so I decided to add orange juice to the chicken, I also added a little of whole cumins for more cumin flavor. It came out great, orange juice gave the chicken great flavor. Will do this dish again.

    This chicken dish is nice and simple but it does lack a little flavor. I used quite a bit of cumin because I love the flavor but I wasn't quite satisfied with the outcome. I'll definitely try it again but with putting my own spin on it.

    I added cumin seeds in addition to cumin powder. They give a nice smokey spicy flavor when they pop while you are grilling the chicken. I also added finely minced garlic and peri peri peppers. Very simple and very delicious, the taste of the cumin when grilled is very delicious we will make this again!

    That being said I accidentally used the quantity of spices as instructed but for only one piece of chicken. Dah! Despite my kitchen blunders this recipe turned out really good. It?s delicious. I served it with carrots and rice. Yummy!

    I probably used double the amount of spice mix for my 4 chicken breasts. It gave it a smokey, blackened chicken taste which we just loved! We will be making this chicken recipe again.

    Looking for someway to cook chicken breast that wouldn't involve me going to the grocery store. Had leftover rice wanted chicken. This was very easy and will be put in the recipe box to use again. Went really well with green beans and rice.

    I hated this recipe. I had never tried an Ellie Krieger recipe before this one and I never will again. If healthy food is this tasteless, I'd rather be fat.
