I have made this many times! I tend to add extra curry, but I have also tried to make it into a veggie soup. I add carrots, sweet or regular potato, green beans or any other veggies that you like. It turned out awesome!

If you like curry and you like butternut squash then you will love this recipe. The curry wasn't too strong nor was the honey too sweet. Very easy and quick to make as well. I used already roasted squash since I had some left over and it was even quicker to make.

This soup is very tasty and easy to make. I did omit the honey and also added a teaspoon of cumin. It came out very good. Not too many spices involved which is nice if you don't have them/don't want to invest. Even though there's no cream or milk in it, it still has a nice creamy texture. Will definitely make again.

This soup is really good! THe only thing for me is that I reduced significantly the amount of curry powder. It was a little too strong for me! But definitely will be making this one again! Thanks Ellie!

I thought that this was an excellent soup. However, I added a sprinkle of cinnamon on top of the yogurt. It was yummy!

If I were to do this make this recipe again, I would reduce the amount of curry powder. I found it overwhelmed the sweet/mild squash flavor.

Very one dimensional in taste. Needs something, a lot. Added some cinnamon, still mediocre

The soup came out pretty good and creamy. The color depends on the color of you curry. Definately a repeat soup, if you like curry.
