Made it with Greek Yogurt, taste was so bland not curried at all. No in the family really enjoyed it.

I had good reviews from my family the last time I made it. Excellent flavor, I will be making this again this Labor day weekend for my guest.

I've been making this delicious recipe for years. I love it! I made it again today, with a few changes/substitutions. I didn't have any cilantro, so I omitted that. Instead of lemon juice, I used apple cider vinegar and a bit less olive oil on my romaine lettuce, and I thinly sliced 1/4 of a small red cabbage in with the greens for more color and nutrition. I added a finely chopped celery stalk and 1/4 red onion to the chicken salad mixture. I also added a chopped small green apple, and substituted toasted pecans for the almonds. It was delicious! The apple, celery and curry powder taste really nice together. In the past, I have substituted golden raisins for the grapes. Yum!!

Just here to say that no one --NO ONE-- would ever guess this is a healthy recipe. It tastes 100% decadent.

Amazing!! I brought this dish to a potluck and several people asked me what was in it, because it was, "different, and unique." I ended up directing several people to this website because they wanted to make it themselves. I pull out the recipe when I want something light and just a bit out of the ordinary! Thanks Ellie!

I thought I didn't like curry, but I had bought Ellie's book and tried Curried Chicken Salad. YYYYUUUMMM is all I can say. You won't regret making this. My 12 daughter wanted seconds and then I saw her eating more out of the bowl!

Loved it! Subbed raisins for the grapes and used Fage "Mango Guanabana" Greek yogurt. Added a little sweetness. Also added about a TB of olive oil and the juice of one lemon to the chicken. Will definitely make it again!

Love this recipe. The only change that I made was to add some chopped celery, and I prefer walnuts to almonds.

It was OK, but something seemed to be missing. I might add celery next time for some crunch.
