Really enjoyed this recipe. I had purchased a rotisserie chicken for my husband and I the night before, and needed something to make good use of the remainder of the meat. This fit the bill perfectly. And I really appreciated the healthier dressing based of yogurt (I used Greek-style rather than all the mayo. The almonds and grapes were nice as well. Served this in pita pockets with some lettuce and it made a perfect late-night summer supper. I might add some celery next time or otherwise "play" with it. In any case, will definitely make this again.
    Thanks, Ellie!

I made this using 2 bags of Morningstar's Meal Starters Chik'n Strips and it's great!

It's so easy and healthy and tastes incredible. I used Greek yogurt and Vegenaise and bought grilled chicken patties at TraderJoe's. Everything is ready to go and hardly takes any time to assemble. The cilantro is a nice surprise and goes perfectly with it.

I ate mine in a wrap with lettuce and tomato. This is the only curry chicken salad recipe I need for the rest of my cooking life.

Great recipe, Ellie! I made this into sandwiches with Anne Burrell's Focaccia bread, topped with fresh spinach leaves. Awesome flavors together!

I just had to comment on this fabulous recipe. I had a few friends over for the Oscars and just wanted to make a light bite to eat. I had not made this recipe before and all my guests loved it and wanted a copy. I used nonfat plain greek yogurt and olive oil mayonaise which may have reduced the calories more without changing the great flavor. Thanks Ellie!

I love this stuff when I can find it at the deli, I had no idea it would be so easy to make! I used dried cranberries and cashews, because that's how I'm used to it. It was delicious!
