I'm a huge fan of all your recipes so when I saw Dark Chocolate As A Snack, I knew that I must try it. So I went to the shop and bought every ingredient (And I must say, there are a LOT of ingredients.. next time you should think of those who don't live in million dollar mansions.

Anyway, when I arrived home, I began to gobble it down.. but the chocolate got caught in my oesophagus, and I nearly died. Is this your idea of a joke?

I made this to compliment my "Rachel Ray Late Night Bacon". I paired it with a vintage malt liquor and some Uncle Ben's. Very tasty!

This woman stole my recipe! I was going to use this EXACT same recipe for my audition to get my very own cooking show on FN! I'm furious! Oh well, I guess I'm just going to have to use my milk and cereal recipe instead...it's not as delicious or healthy but it will have to do. Wish me luck!

Food Network Chefs continue to push the boundaries of the culinary experience. I've been serving dark chocolate as an entree for years so I appreciate this fresh approach to the ingredient. This serving size may be considered an amuse-bouche by some diners.

I was able to find the review page, but not the actually recipe for this Dark Chocolate as a Snack. Can someone please repost it in the reviews, as I bought what I thought is the correct ingredients, but I don't know what to do now! :(

Google is your friend. Even though the web "masters" at FN think they can hide it by masking it, they are wrong!

I love Dark Chocolate as a snack as well, especially late at night. I get the ones that are long with a creamy centers and hold one in each hand. One note, you need to be careful in eating these or you may end up with cream on your lips and not in your mouth. mmmmmmmmmmm....delicious!

I found this to be to difficult perhaps Sandra Lee could do a Semi-Homemade version.

This is fine. She probably referred to it in an episode, and it was posted here in the interest of completeness. Is it useful? Not particularly, but it's not hurting anyone, either.
