I made these following the recipe exactly as it was written. They came out very, very dry and I didn't overcook them. Don't waste your time.

I just made these, and am spooning away at them now! I followed the recipe nearly, with an addition of 1/4 tsp cinnamon and vegetable oil over canola.
Turned out perfect, and next time I will use this recipe as a base to replace oil with pumpkin or sweet potato puree. This is just the simple brownie recipe I've been needing. A little espresso would also be great.

I made them for an Office Healthy Snack alternative and were a GREAT success! These brownies were easy to make; 20 minutes prep and about 25 minutes to bake to perfection. I could see how these could dry out quickly, don't over bake them! I will definitly make these again. I would have given this recipe 5 stars but I would have to add butter and that would defeat the whole idea.

Good but they were a little dry like the other comments say but my husband didn't complain and liked them a lot.

I like this recipe because it's easy to make and it satisfies my chocolate cravings. Of course, they are not like the real thing but i like them. My brownies did not come out dry but a little more butter or yogurt might help?

I made this recepy for a dinner party and served them with sliced strawberries. They were delicious! you would never guess that they had mostly low fat yogurt instead of butter. Moist and rich tasting. Highly recommended.

I made these brownies this weekend and followed the recipe exactly. I loved the chocolatey taste and the fact that they were lower in fat and calories. When I put them in the baking pan the batter seemed quite thick. It turned out that I must have forgotten to set the timer, but luckily happened into the kitchen at the right moment and got them out of the oven done but not burned. However, the brownies were dry (serving then with low fat vanilla ice cream helped SO MUCH even though the taste was lovely. I don't know if the thickness of the batter or the cooking time was to blame and would love to hear from others as to how I could improve and get the moist brownies others have described!

I am an accomplished cook who read the recipe and found the ingredients to look good, but upon baking this, it was by far the driest brownies I have ever had. I could not eat them without a glass of something to drink and I ended up drowning them with frosting to make them edible -- this is supposed to be a healthier version. I re-read the recipe several times to see if I accidently forgot something. It should be noted that I have teenages who will typically EAT ANYTHING and all 3 complained. Better luck nest time.

My husband and I were both surprised by how delicious and moist these brownies were. They are a great alternative to the full-calorie brownie for the health conscious. They came out very rich and moist. I suspect the non-fat Greek yogurt I used helped with the moistness. I will definitely make these again.

I really love brownies, and I'm the biggest chocolate lover east of the Mississippi. I haven't made these, but I have enough cooking experience to know that these look excellent. The person who gave the recipe three stars clearly couldn't bake. You don't leave brownies in the OVEN to cool!
