    Not only were they easy to make, they were delicous. The only thing I did different was user more chicken.

    This was SOO good!! I had leftover mix, so I through it into a pot with some Orzo pasta, and it was DELICIOUS!!

    I love the tast and that its good for me. I used left over chicken and wheat tortilla and still was a hit. This is a keeper.

    This is delicios & easy to make! I think it also would be good with more mushroom & no chicken. We used wheat flour tortillas. This recipe is a keeper!

    This recipe was very easy to make. I used green peppers instead of spinich. You could really do any combination of veggies. I also used a super high fiber tortilla which made it very filling. Easy "go to" meal.

    Excellent recipe for a quick meal if you have the cooked chicken on hand. The spices really add to it and give it a unique flavor.

    These are so good. My kids loved them and had no idea they were low fat. They even enjoyed the spinach and mushrooms. This recipe is really good and a nice change in quesadillas. Great flavor. Kudos to Ellie.
