It was so easy to make and the taste was very good, I would add a little bit more salt for taste though.

Wow! I made this for my hubby yesterday since he loves quesadillas, and he was asking for more!!! He really loved it! I actually substituted the chicken with steak and it came out even better!! Will be making this again!! yum yum

Great recipe!!! Quick, easy to make and full of flavor. My husband stated that it was the best quesadillas he ever ate. It must be true because my 2 1/2 year old gobbled them up and he doesn't eat anything.

The seasoning of this dish is what makes it so spectacular. I can't even describe it, it's so good. I was having trouble flipping the quesadilla in the beginning (although I have since mastered it, so what I did a few times was put it on a sheet of aluminum foil and bake it in the oven for about 10 minutes to melt the cheese. The best part is it's a pretty healthful dish!

These Quesadillas were excellent. I forgot to get the spinach and they were delicious anyway. I used LaTortilla "smart and delicious" whole grain soft wraps. I'm a weight watcher, so I used FF shredded cheese and FF sour cream (10points+. I also folded 1 tortilla to make the Q. Much easier to flip. I put a pan on top of it when it first went in the pan, then you could press ther edges together and the melted cheese helped them stick. I found they only needed 2 minutes per side. The whole family liked them and that is saying something!

These were absolutely delicious!!! In the middle of preparing this I realized I was out of cumin, so I threw in a handful of red pepper flakes instead. So great and doesn't even need the sour cream garnish!!!

Good! I didn't have mushrooms but it was fine. The best part is the seasoning..next time I'll either spray some oil on the pan or cook for a lesser amount of time because the tortilla burned on the first side..but it was still good! And it doesn't feel heavy. Yummy!

Very good! Used canned mushrooms and half an onion. Just make sure to grease the hot plate well before placing the tortilla on it--- we burned the first side and had to scrape it off and replace with new tortilla :
