These were delicious and you would never know they only have 430 calories per serving. Amazing!

Excellent,I use less onions because my brother isn't a fan of them. the mushrooms I just guessed the amount because I bought them not in a can but fresh I probably would tell you to use fresh mushrooms then caned. My mom is a health crazed so insted of using two torillas she used one and made it into a wrap. And she also used fresh she says it's 2 times better then taco bell.

Wonderful! I forgot both the sour cream and the salsa but didn't miss it. I also used Mission Multi Grain tortillas and they were awesome. I would recommend cooking the onions and mushrooms until they brown which is much longer than the stated 7 minutes. Plus, the dryer the filling is, the less likely it is to run all over and out of your quesadillas. To make things quicker, I bought a rotisserie chicken and chopped that up for the filling.

So good! Very quick and simple to make. I did cook the onions a lot longer than directed because I like the flavor of caramelized onions. My husband took all the left overs to work and let two of his coworkers try a slice and they loved it too.

I used multi-grain tortillas and served it with plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Everybody loved it. Thanks for this awesome recipe.

I wouldn't change a thing with this recipe. It's outrageous and the family loved it! I used "Mission Multi-Grain Flour Tortillas" - something new I found on the shelf. Usually I worry that the heartiness of multi-grain may be too strong-tasting, but these truly worked well with the mixture. I highly recommend that you check them out. Thanks Ellie!

Great quesadillas!!!! My husband and I devoured it. I didn't have mexican cheese so I replaced it with pamasian the first time and mozerella the second time and it was great. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

WOW! I did not expect so much flavor! It was REALLY good! I used cremini mushrooms and turkey breast because that's what I had at home and it was phenominal! I assume you could make this a vegetarian meal by ommitting the meat and adding beans or rice. I will try that too! Thanks Ellie... you are GR8!

This recipe is super-easy and very satisfying. I wondered if the serving size would be enough, and it is! Very good recipe especially if you have some leftover chicken around. I bet it would be good with shrimp, too.
