    These bars are really tasty, with great nut and fruit flavors. But the flavors are not over-powering. I cut them into squares, wrapped each in wax paper, and then put them in the freezer (just as Elie did on the show, and they were great to grab on the go!

    I've tried this, mixing and matching various dried fruit and nuts and its great! I tried substituting a little of the maple syrup with molasses for the added minerals and its delicious! I also sometimes add some puffed wheat to make the bars seem a little bigger

    Took these to work. All wanted the recipe. Were easier to prepare than I expected. My 8 year old Grandaughter asked to take some home for her packed lunches. Really filling.

    I like these bars because they aren't too sweet. Of course, no one in my family liked them saying they weren't sweet enough. I added ground flax seed to up the nutrition a little bit. I have two of the bars as a breakfast and it keeps me full until lunch. Easy to make and I will definitely make them again!

    I was really expecting to hate these, but really liked them. I used other reviewers suggestions and added 1 mashed banana, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Yummy!

    They were easy to make. I use them as a snack just before I work out. They are very good, not perfect sweetness. Sturdy but a little bit moist too. An excellent snack before any workout without the guilt.

    These are fantastic! Nice and chewy with the nuts and sweets, it feels like i'm cheating. Currently doing Weight Watchers and these only calculate to 2.5 points, well worth it!
