This recipe is very tasty. But be warned that too much olive oil ruins the whole dish. This recipe is the BOMB!

I didn't have canadian bacon so I used spicy ground sausage instead and fresh mozzarella. WOW. This is such a great way to start that morning my wife now makes me get up early every morning to make them for her and the nanny.

These were great! So easy to make! I also added some diced peppers, minced garlic and onion and added a small bit of white cheddar to the mozzarella. I froze them on a baking sheet and then put in Ziploc bags - that only adds 1-2 minutes heating in the oven. Delicious!

I made these one night after dinner and wrapped them individually and put them in the fridge. The next morning, I heated one up for my 7-year-old son to eat before school. He inhaled it. So fast that I checked the garbage can because I was sure he had thrown it away when I wasn't looking. He's a challenge to feed in the morning for school, so this is a lifesaver - thank you!

I make breakfast for my church of 500 people and usually buy the pizza shells to make breakfast pizza. What a great idea, and much easier, to make up about 700 of your English Muffins. Then it is not a mess to have to cut pieces and try to get them on a plate with out spilling. Thanks!!
