I don't understand the negative comments about this dish. I didn't find the red pepper overpowering, in fact, I used a 24oz jar instead of 16oz in the recipe. I found that the feta balanced it all out. I used fusilli instead, and I think next time I will add basil instead of parsley.

I loved this one!! I might 1/2 the recipe and serve w/ grilled ckn next time, it wasn't very filling for my husband! Still delicious and makes a lot of pasta.

this pasta sauce was horrible! It has a bad aftertaste. I was so excited to make this recipe because I love the red peppers and feta, but this was terrible. Do I dare try another one of her recipes?

My husband loves this recipe. He is somewhat picky so I was worried about him trying this, but he LOVED it! It is really good.

My husband and I love this when we are lazy and don't want the fuss. I change mine a little bit. I use fusilli because the sauce clings better and I roast my own peppers. I use whatever pepper I have in my fridge. I also used some boursin cheese because I was low on feta. But if you are watching the fat content, I wouldn't use the boursin. It is an easy sauce to customize yourself.

this was good, but it could use more sauce. The sauce didn't really stick to the pasta either. Other than that, it tasted really good. I woould make it again.

this was super quick and super easy and oh so yummy. Fettuccine is not my favorite pasta so next time I'm going to try it with spaghetti or bow ties.

I made this for my family and it made me feel sick everyone said to never make it again and my brother took one bite and said he wasn't hungry anymore.

I was disappointed in the recipe. Not much flavor....felt the recipe needed something; I don't recommend this.

I made this recipe last night and it was so amazingly simple and delicious! The color was incredible, and the flavors of the roasted peppers and feta were a complimentary pair. I also follow Weight Watchers, and although this meal is 8 points per serving, I found it to be filling and satisfying, and actually quite indulgent! My husband loves it too! This is definitely going to be one of my staple meals.
