My sauce was finished before the pasta was ready! Great taste!

I tried this to the recipe and found to way too dry for a sauce. After I doubled the amount of peppers this was a pretty good sauce(and even healthier than the recipe.

I loved this recipe; I have been cutting calories for a few months now and have not enjoyed a creamy sauce in so long. This recipe was so easy and so tastey that I've emailed it to everyone that I know.

My bf made this for me. I liked it a lot; nice combo of flavor. I put a little red pepper flake on mine just cuz I think it adds a bit of depth.

I thought the feta might be a little overpowering, but it was just right! This was a really yummy way to enjoy fettuccine with all the creamy goodness, but not the "alfredo!"

So easy to make but I'm not sure if the red peppers were too strong or if we didn't love the cheese & red pepper combination. I will try this again maybe with more garlic and goats cheese instead of feta. It's so easy and healthy that I have to come up with something to make it taste better for my family.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I added about 5 cloves of garlic and used reduced-fat feta (all my grocery store had. All in all, the pasta was simple, quick, and delicious. Will make again.

This recipe sounded delicious and looked great on the show. However, it was very disappointing. It seems as if there is something missing- the taste of the red pepper was overpowering and I think it needs another type of cheese or a liitle cream instead of the pure chicken stock. I know that this would impact the "healthy" recipe, but my entire family agreed, this recipe was almost unedible as it stands. I am leary of trying any more from this show.

This recipe was good, quick, and easy. It is also really health with all of those red peppers in it! Tasted even better in leftovers. I would recommend this if you're a roasted red pepper fan.

I love feta, garlic and red pepper but they did not come together well for an appeasing pasta sauce. I can't put my finger on it but I think the roasted red peppers made the sauce too sweet and it didn't have any zest or kick too it.
