My husband and I really enjoyed this. I did add sundried tomatoes to the sauce, and some extra garlic, and roasted some grape tomatoes to throw in the past since I had them on hand.

I thought this was delicious! I happened to find this recipe at dinner time so I used what I had, but it was basically the same. I used ziti instead of fettuccine and fresh red bell pepper instead of roasted. I also added bout a pound of chicken cut into one inch chunks and some basil. My husband and 2 little boys loved it. I will definitely make it again soon.

I thought the flavors worked nice together. I wasn't a fan of the parsley. Maybe Cilantro instead. Other wise a dish my husband said he'll eat again, with the cilantro.
    Thank You.

This is a simple recipe and I think it has good flavor. I accidentally used a jar of sun-dried tomatoes, and it was quite tasty. Realizing my error, the next time I followed the recipe using roasted red peppers instead. Surprisingly, I liked my accidental version better, and so did my husband. Another plus, was my 17-month old inhaled the dish! One thing I did add both times, was lowfat canned white chicken breast. I cannot imagine this without it. It is missing something otherwise. I usually add two cans, and adjust the broth to texture. You could also used regular chicken breast, shredded. For me, a keeper with a couple minor changes.

Just an all-right recipe. My husband thought it was very bland and I wasn't too excited about it either. It was really easy to make, so that was a plus.

I was in a rut and was browsing to find a good meal to make because I got home from school early. Since I am in high school, I didn?t want to attempt anything I could possible mess up, so I found this, and we had feta left from a greek salad and thought it was perfect! I added some lowfat cream cheese and crushed red peppers to add some flavor, and it was perfection!

    The sauce is very flavorful!!!
After I did the sauce, I sauted with sliced onions some hot turkey sausage. Once the sausage was done, I added a bit of sliced roasted peppers and heated through. I then added the sauce, and mixed the cooked pasta.
Everybody that ate went crazy about it.

    This recipe is a keeper!!!!!
