I just made the sauce for now to get it done and it is very very tasty! I used 4 cloves of garlic along with adding 1/2 teaspoon of italian seasoning. This is a very creamy and tasty sauce! I am pairing it with hummus filled ravioli that I am making using wonton wrappers for dinner tonight. Thank you Ellie, this is a nice way to reduce the calories and fat, but still have an enjoyable creamy sauce!

I love roasted red pepper and I love feta. This recipe lacks something and it is tastiness. It was not good and my family did not like it, either.

I made this last night and added grilled shrimp as another reviewer suggested. I thought it was very good with a nice change of flavors. I used reduced fat feta and even though my husband hates feta he liked this sauce. Of course, I didn't tell him what was in it. He jazzed his plate up with red pepper flakes since he likes things spicier. I would definitely make again.

I made this last night for dinner (wanted to play with my new food processor! I liked it, but it just tasted like it needed something. I ended up using a lot of salt. I had some cold for lunch today and I liked it a little better. The sauce had the chance to (as gross as it sounds congeal ,and I guess that may have helped concentrate the flavors a bit more.

This dish was so quick and easy to make and so full of flavor. I used a little more vegetable broth than the recipe asked for. The sauce was very thick and stuck to the pasta very well! None of the flavors overpowered each other...simply delicious!

This was pretty tasty- I used regular pasta because my husband is not a fan of the whole-wheat pasta. It was also very easy to make- I chopped the onions and red peppers ahead of time (my toddler loved snacking on the red peppers!. I like the other reviewer's idea about adding shrimp to it- I'll try that next time. I do agree that the texture of the sauce wasn't very smooth (and I did use some pasta water but it tasted good. While this wasn't the best pasta dish I've ever had, it was better than using a jarred sauce and I would definitely make it again.

I made this recipe because I was looking for a substitute for penne pasta with a tomato cream sauce. This recipe turned out great. There are far less calories in this than a typical creamy sauce. I used penne pasta so that the sauce would get into the crevices and I can not say enough good things about this dish. Definitely a winner!

I needed something quick but something that could be made to look fancy for a dinner with my friends, and this was perfect! It had a great flavor and everyone loved it! The only thing I did differently was that I used regular pasta instead of wheat pasta, due to a few friends do not like wheat pasta. It still worked wonderfully! :-
