This was not the best Ellie recipe I've tried. It was bland and at the same time, completely overpowering in taste. Way too much roasted red pepper flavor and the feta gave it a strange consistency. I felt empty after I ate it and a little sick to my stomach. Ellie has so many WONDERFUL recipes....this just isn't one of them. Ick!

This recipe is simple and easy, but lacks flavor. It was just ok.

This dish is so good. I loved the whole wheat pasta in it. The texture is so much better than regular pasta. I added shrimp to mine and it made it even better. It would also be good with chicken in it. I have already made this twice and I will make it again and again.

This recipe is really great. it is easy to make, not too time consuming. The taste is wonderful, thick and rich! Great for entertaining, people are impressed, and you can make a whole medeterranian meal! I really love this pasta dish and have made it 4 times!

For those of you who didn't care for this recipe, I have to believe you did something wrong! I've made this twice now and each time I can't believe how unbelievably sinful it tastes. Love it! I use Whole Wheat Penne instead of Fettuccine and serve it with a few slices of grilled chicken. LOVE IT!

This is excellent! I love healthy recipes that are also filling and satisfying. The feta in this dish really adds some depth and creaminess. The flavor is rich with roasted red pepper which is one of my favorites. I would recommend this to anyone who is tired of the very light healthy dishes, and are craving a little depth in their meal plans.

I made this recipe pretty much as its stated except I just used the red pepper bottle water instead of the broth. Unfortunately, the sauce was very overpowering in regards to the feta. I know that the feta is supposed to be a strong flavor component but I feel like it was just too much of feta and not enough red pepper. My husband and I ended up not eating most of it. I'm going to take the leftovers and try adding the grilled chicken that someone suggested and maybe an extra red pepper to mix into the sauce. Hopefully, then it'll become a salvagable meal.

I liked this sauce a lot but I used goat cheese instead of feta and I used skim milk instead of chicken broth. I cut the cheese in half and cut the pasta in half too because I made it for two people and I still had leftovers. My husband loved it!
