This recipe is so good and was so easy to make. I made these tacos with Ellie's refried beans, and let me tell you I will never eat beans from a can again. My daughter Bella loved helping me with these too. Give this recipe a try, it will be worth it.

A great healthy option to typical tacos. My husband doesn't generally like fish, but he really loved this recipe. When in season use the fresh corn, raw. The crisp-ness that it added in every bite, along with kick from the chipolte was just fabulous.

Yum-O! The chipole cream was delicious. I left out the mayo and didn't even miss it. Even my kids had seconds!

These fish tacos were so good, they wouldn't have been the same without the chipotle cream! Be careful on what type of fish you use because some are fishier than others. I DO NOT recomend pollock. Cod or Halibut are so much better.

All healthy, good for you food should taste like this! Super simple to make and the chipotle sauce was great. I couldn't find the peppers so I substituted a dried version, but it mixed up delicious!

I've tried this twice with 5-star results. The marinade was excellent with tilapia. Greatest surprise was the sauce - used 0% Gage with a little mayo (the real thing and received rave reviews...with minimal fat!

We are always looking for new things to do with our farmers market vegetables, and this allowed us to use our cabbage in a different way. The whole family enjoyed it!

Fish Tacos were amazing and light but the chipotle cream has a nice heat to it. We are going to eat this a couple times a month now. Thanks Ellie for providing us with healthy alternatives.

This is great. I used sundried tomato with habanero tortillas. Delicious!
