I have never made fish tacos before, so I was anxious. My husband, the fish taco expert, LOVED it. I used Greek style yogurt (Chobani, which is already thick, so I didn't strain it- just add it to the mayonnaise and spices for the sauce. Easy and healthy, this recipe is a new favorite in our house.

Excellent light flavorful alternative to the high fat version.

This was wonderful. I made this the first time with tilapia and the next time with shrimp. We liked the shrimp much more. I also reduced the chipotle a bit because the spice seemed to overwhelm the other flavors. I also chopped cilantro right into the sauce and used a bit more than the recipe called for. This is definitely a keeper for our files.

Tasted good! The fish is a little bland without the chipolte sauce. Also, substituted greek yogurt for sour cream. No one noticed. :

These tacos are really good and the chipotle cream is so easy to make and very tasty; plus you can adjust the heat to your preference. I'll be making these again.

Really yummy. My husband and 9 year old LOVED it. I added broiled red peppers and onions. We will have these fish tacos regularly! So good and healthy too. Thanks Ellie.

This is quite the funny story....you know you have prepared a great recipe when you do it all wrong and it is still a 5*. First off.....I started the recipe only to find out that I bought chipolte sauce instead of the peppers in adobo sauce. I ended up mixing with about half the package of pre-packaged slaw mix that I bought. It was what the recipe called for but just blended up like speghetti sauce. So I'm following the recipe and grill the cod and everybody is serving there plates and when we are all done eating I realize that I totaly forgot the cilantro AND the fresh avacado to put on the tacos.. probably my two most favorite things to put on my fish tacos. My husband ate his right before I ate mine and said that this was by far his favorite seafood tacos that I have made... and I have made a lot... after telling him all the stuff I messed up on he laughed... I can't wait to taste this recipe the way it was intended

This was SO yummy! My husband asked if we could have it again next week. I did double the chipotle peppers as we like things a little spicier. We used king size tortillas and added avacado, tomatoes, and olives too.
