Excellent recipe. Cooked the fish on the grill and then warmed the tacos on it also. Made a nice touch. I laid down aluminum foil to prevent the Tilapia from falling through and/or burning too quickly.

Rico!!! These were great. The best I've had. I did however add a little butter and salt to the corn and saute the corn tortillas till a little crispy and taco shaped. I also bet they WOULD be good with Paul's black bean salsa.

These were amazing!!! The only thing I added was garlic to the marinade because I love garlic with pretty much anything. My boyfriend loved these and said they were better than the fish tacos at his favorite restaurant! WHOOP!

Loved the marinade and the chipotle cream...but I think what really put these over the edge was topping them with Paula's black bean salsa - don't worry it's one of the few recipes that she doesn't begin with a stick of butter. My bf is a huge fish taco fan and he said these were some of the best he's had! We've made them several times and will continue to do so!

The chipotle sauce is what seals the deal on these. Definitely use Greek yogurt to skip the need to strain/thicken.

Delicious! I make these once a week and no one gets tired of them. They are very low fat and so easy to make.

very easy and sooooo delicious. the chipotle cream is what pushes these tacos over the top! good replacement for the neighborhood taco stand that is good, but uses msg in all their offerings:(

Very tasty - added black beans to taco; used Greek yogurt to save a step as it is already very thick and doubled up on chipotle peppers & sauce to spice things up a bit! Used lime zest in marinade. Definitely a keeper!

Its was quick and easy. Tasted great. The only thing I added was 1 tsp Mrs Dash Table Blend. Great receipt.
