Fresh, tasty, even my meat eating husband tore these up. I used iceberg lettuce, fresh homemade pico, a little taco cheese, guac and black bean salsa. SO good!!!!

Talk about simple but amazing flavors! I never made fish tacos before and thought I'd give them a try. It's sooooo easy! I followed her recipe exactly and let me tell you, these are a staple at home now. The sauce could be used for lots of different things too; hamburgers, chicken skewers, pita bread, etc...

We're not fish taco fans, but we love these. We use flour tortillas and also just mix the chipotle with sour cream to taste. My husband adds more chipotle since he likes spicier food than me. They're especially great in summer with fresh corn cut from the cob.

This has become a staple in our house, with a little change. Instead of just cabbage, I make a cole slaw with a standard mayo dressing, then drizzle the sauce over the fish and slaw. We absolutely LOVE the chipotle cream sauce and use it on tons of stuff.

Great recipe! Both my kids (ages 3 and 6 enjoyed them as well. We grilled our Mahi Mahi, which added to the flavor. This is a new favorite for our household.

I don't even like fish and love this recipe! I did not feel this recipe was remotely dry or bland, and it was plenty of food! Made me a fish eater!

This was light and definitely tasted good for you. Found this a little dry and bland. Fish was very good in its marinade. Next time will make a cilantro coleslaw to go with it.
