Wonderful fish tacos! We used red drum that my husband & daughters caught in the Gulf yesterday...can't get much fresher than that! I used Greek yogurt, so it didn't need to drain and added extra chipotles because we like it spicy! Tomorrow we are taking the left over fish and chipotle cream and making fish sandwiches. YUM!

These are REALLY good. My husband and I are rather picky and often disappointed in various recipes. This recipe after 2 trials is excellent! Really, really good. Spicy goodness. This is going to be a regular on our monthly menu. The combo sounds a bit strange- corn, fish, cabbage, mayo sauce- but trust me, you won't be disappointed. Beware though...the chipotle pepper really adds kick- keep an eye on how much you add if you don't like spice.

This was the first fish taco recipe I have tried! It turned out better than expected. My kids were skeptical because they never had fish tacos before. But everyone loved them. We had leftover sauce and two days later I used it to make tilapia sliders! They were amazing!

I used my Broccoli slaw in lieu of the cabbage and I used a big ole piece of catfish.

    I used Flour tortillas.

These were delicious. Definitely will make again.

I made these tacos and I would make them again! I used halibut and instead of using her recipe for the sauce --- I used a Tyler Florence one, (easier from his fish tacos --- combined, it was all excellent!

I used 2 whole peppers chopped in the sauce and my 5 yr old declared it was yummy on a chip. Don't be afraid to kick up the heat it takes it from a little bland to yummy. I also used the sauted onion and corn.

We have been making these for over a year and is one of our regular dinners. The chipotle in adobo sauce is our favorite. The fish is also quite flavorful if you marinate it. We also use flour tortillas instead of corn.

I had never eaten fish tacos before and wanted to try this recipe. It sounded great, seemed simple and had great reviews. These were HORRIBLE!!!!! They had very little flavor. The only thing I could really taste was the corn tortilla. The insides were all mushy and bland. I would reccomend adding much more salt and pepper to the fish. Or using a more substantial fish than Tilapia. I would probably use hard shell tortillas too so that you have some sort of texture going on. Will not make again. Yuck.

I really liked the yogurt sauce. I used fat free greek yogurt, so there was no need to drain it. I also used reduced fat mayo. I left out the corn kernels, since that would just add carbs.
Overall, I liked the recipe and will make it again. However, if you're looking for a truly amazing fish taco, try Melissa d'Arabian's fish tacos with sauteed white beans and pineapple avocado salsa. They're amazing!
