This recipe does it all, so quick and easy, but looks and tastes delicious. And to think it is very healthy makes this a keeper that I will repeat often. It makes a nice amount of sauce.

I used tilapia....was tired of making tilapia the same way all the time and this was such a nice change. I cooked onions longer than what the recipe says and added fresh chopped garlic. I didn't have fresh spinach on hand so chopped up some asparagus and threw it in the sauce and it was great!!! The flavors mesh so well together and this will go on my list of favorites to make regularly!

Absolutely delicious! I am a healthy personal chef part-time and this one is a keeper for my friends and clients who are watching their weight. I will be preparing this for me and my personal friends. Great flavor, easy to prepare - used Tilapia, Kalamata olives, and garlic- it was perfect. Thanks Ellie - you are the program that I program to tape so that I can see every dish you prepare. So far, from your books and shows, I have never had a disappointing meal. I will be 68 this year with a health age (quote my Dr. of 57. Have been following a Mediteranian diet for my whole life - it obviously has worked.

This was such an easy dish to make and it had tons of flavor. Used Tilapia as my fish. This makes a lot of sauce/veggies - probably enough for 6 fillets - then again, I like a lot of veggies. Be careful with the salt. Wasn't paying attention and didn't buy low-sodium tomatoes and added my own salt. It was saltier than I hoped, but I still ate it all.

I have tried other recipes and have been happy with them. This one had no flavor. Sea bass was too expensive so we went with cod. I won't make this again. It had great reviews so I am a little disappointed about the outcome.

My husband and I love this recipe. B/c sea bass is so expensive, we use cod and it comes out great every time. I also usually double the spinach as we like a lot of veggies. I also usually freeze 1/2 of the sauce and then use it the next time. It freezes very well.

This was not one of my favorite dishes. It was still good, I enjoyed eating it. I substituted cod for sea bass, and the cod was delicious. The sauce didn't match the fish, however. I was expecting more flavor. It was light and I couldn't taste any flavor from the wine. I probably won't make this again.

I like the overall recipe. However, I would recommend dicing fresh tomatoes. The ones in the can tasted like canned tomatoes.

This recipe was so easy to make and delicious. I'm not a huge fan of spinach but this was great. I loved it. I added garlic with the onion..added to the flavor. I will make this again and again.
