Thoroughly enjoyed this recipe. It was light, refreshing and the flavors were wonderful! Very easy to make on a weeknight, will add to my collection.

We tried this a month ago and were so fond of it, we made it again a week later. I was so happy, because I rarely can get my daughter to eat fish or spinach and she loved this. I went ahead and pre-ordered her cookbook right away and we are trying the Tuscan chicken recipe tonight. Ellie's recipes are really tasty in addition to being healthful!

I used tilapia in this recipe because I could not find sea bass. This was wonderful. I felt like I was at a fine dining establishment.

My wife loved this recipe. I did not use the black olives, I really don't care for them to much. I also used tilapia instead of bass. I had a side of wheat noodles and a little lemon. Good healthy recipe..

I used Talapia and added garlic. A great, tasty sauce for fish. Thank you Ellie.

Wonderful Recipe! I used grilled swordfush steakes. Also, I left out the spinach, as I served sauteed spinach as a side dish. With a side of Orzo, this was a GREAT meal!

I used tilapia for this dish. The sauce was terrific and gave an excellent flavor to the mild taste of the fish. My fiance, not a big fan of fish, enjoyed it. A definite keeper.
