I've made this dip twice now and it is wonderful. Everyone loves it. My one tip would be to make sure you don't get your beans or guacamole runny at all or your dish will have water in it.

I made this for a New Years Eve Party. At first I was concerned that the guacamole had too much lime flavor to it, however once put together with everything else it was mouth watering. OMG. The Bean dip was the best ever not like your traditional unhealthy refried beans. I can't wait for Superbowl to make it again for a large crowd and see the look on peoples faces

I made this last Christmas for my family gathering. It travels well. I made it the night before and put in a cooler for the 5 hour drive to our home town. Even the people who shy away from vegetables enjoyed this. And, my friend who is a nutritionist asked for the recipe.

This is the prefect dip to make for a party. It is so easy, fresh and travels well. I have made it quite a few times and everyone always loves it.

You have to love the fresh ingredients and flavors in this dip. I made this for a party we had this past weekend and needless to say it disappeared very guickly. I was lucky to get a few bites. Of course, prep time is a bit more than 15 mins unless you are a professional chopper but it's totally worth it.

I have made this twice and both times it has been the hit of the night.. everyone loves it... I like the idea of doubling the recipe and putting in a 13x9 dish... more for the eating!!

This recipe is great. You get to appreciate the flavors of the ingredients so well that comparing it to the usual gooey mexican dip is not necessary. I have made several of her recipes and have been very pleased with them all.

This dip is so awesome. I first made it for a bunch of my hubby's poker buddies and since then they have raved about it. They didn't even miss the sour cream and didn't notice the corn. Since then I have been requested to make this dip at all functions we have or attend. Thanks Ellie for such a great healthy recipe.
