I LOVE IT! All my familily loves pasta we eat it 2 or 3 times a week... I didn't bake the 2nd time I did it because the first time was just too dry after baking anyway I just served it from the pan to the plate after cooling down a little bit all the sauce is not runny anymore.....it was just right.

This was really good, but somewhat time consuming, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. I'm not sure I'd keep it on my weeknight rotation, but it would be fantastic for weekends. I don't really like ricotta, so I used all cottage cheese. My two boys, ages 5 and 3, both loved it too. I think you could sneak some carrots into the sauce as well, and that would be delicious.

My husband made it and he's not much of a chef. I had to search for a recipe that I thought he could handle, can came across this one. It came out beautifully and really yummy. I was definitely pleased and impressed with him!!

This was flavorful and so good,you wouldn't even know it was remotely heathy. Unless ofcourse someone told you and even then you wouldn't belive that it is light. My point is this was amazing and a huge hit! Although, I did make a couple of changes. First I used a different type of pasta and less of it, just because that was what I had. Also, I used fat free ricotta and slightly less cheese on top because that is plenty. Additional, I used half a vidailia onion instead of a whole one. Lastly, I didn't use rosemary because I didn't have any and I didn't use chili flakes for less hottness.Anyway I am a big fan of heathful eating, Food Network, and Ellie Kriger. Another great recipe, keep it up guys!

This dish is absolutely delicious. One warning, these portions must be huge because for two, it's far too much pasta even over a couple of days. The sauce is so flavorful with all of the spices and all of the cheeses work very well together. Wonderful recipe.
