Great taste! I found that it only needed 4 cups of chicken broth. I will definitely make this again.

This was a pretty good risotto. I thought that it was a little too "pea-tasting" but then I don't care that much for peas. Everyone else was happy with the peas. I also thought it could have benefited from some brightness, either some lemon zest or some fresh green onion garnish.

Absolutely, positively DELICIOUS. Seriously.. Go make this right now. Follow the recipe as written. Well, I added finely minced garlic (2 small cloves with the onion mixture, that is the only alteration I made. It is amazing. My husband and I are going to want it all the time. AMAZING.

I have made this recipe twice. It is wonderful. I recommend using chicken broth with the sodium and not putting the salt in later. I will making this for years.

What a great and easy risotto - lots of good green veggies. To save a step, I added uncooked aparagus pieces at the end (~2-3 min cook time, followed by the frozen peas (~1-2 min cook time, and then finally the spinach (cook to wilted. Definitely a keeper!

I halved this recipe and it was so good. I bought those steamer bags from McCormick and it was the Basil one, so I put the asparagus in that to steam. I used chicken stock because it is more flavorful and I used coconut oil instead of olive oil. I served this with Giada's Chicken Florentine
