Excellent. My husband loved it. I made it again the following week and it was excellent. I left out the asparagus because I didn't have any and it was still good. The second time I put mushrooms in it and it was delicious!

YUM!! I was worried the low sodium chicken broth would have no flavor, but it was nicely seasoned with the parmesan (which I was worried wouldn't be enough, but it was. I left out the peas since I don't like them. Loved this recipe, couldn't stop eating it!

This recipe is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Paired with a glass of wine, it is a meal in itself. Also saves well for another enjoyable meal--just add additional stock or wine to keep it from being too stiff. YUM, YUM, YUM!

This may be one of the most divine things I have ever eaten. My boyfriend made it for me one night for dinner and now we make it all the time. It's easy and the ingredients are basic but it is so delicious, I love it. We've added shrimp a couple of times which is also good. It does definitely take a bit longer than 18 minutes though.

Perfect! I followed the directions exactly and was so happy with the product- my very first risotto. Very healthy, too. I'll definitely be making this again.

This was soo good. I nixed the peas and used zucchini since I had it on hand and I also added shrimp at the end. I agree with the other ratings; it def took longer than 18 min. I stirred for about 30. But it was worth it, the flavor was amazing.

This took me more than 18 minutes (more like 25-30, but so worth it. My husband loved it, and the flavors were just amazing. I browned the sausage (just on its own - not in oil or anything and added it to the mix. Tasty!!!

Loved this! I added garlic with the onions but otherwise followed the recipe very closely and it turned out very well. I will definitely make this again.

This was good, my husband enjoyed it but he thought the rice was to thick. And he's right, its very hardy. Tough on your stomach and very filling. So When I make this again, I'll use just white rice, its a lot cheaper and easier to find anyway. If you do go with that rice go to Albertsons and look in the specilty section. The meal was healthy and yummy.
