This was so light and very satisfying. I used wild caught Alaskan shrimp (frozen/thawed and used Sauv Blanc because that's what I had. Everything else was as the recipe stated. Very easy to prepare and ready to serve in a jiffy (except peeling those shrimp! Right after I added the wine to the pan, I also added 3 zuchinni's that were sliced on a spiraling so they looked just liked noodles. I let all that cook for 2 minutes or so, then added the tomatoes and basil. I probably cooked my tomatoes a tad long, but they were still delicious. This is a keeper recipe!!

This was SO good and so easy to make. The sauce is very tasty. Will definitely make this again. Be careful with the chili flakes, I love spicy so I put 1/2 teaspoon and it was very hot.

So easy... so delicious! I didn't even really have to follow the recipe exactly... I just put in however much of each ingredient I wanted (lots of tomatoes and basil for extra flavor! And I didn't have wine, so I used lime juice instead. The only problem was we didn't have enough to eat! We all wanted seconds :

This was an easy and light dish, but I'd have to agree with a few others that it was a little on the bland side. Some extra whole basil leaves definitely helped, though. Certainly a great dish to have on hand as the ingredients, other than the shrimp, are items generally already in the kitchen. We served it over spaghetti squash tonight and thought that was a nice addition. I'll have to try some of the other additions mentioned, but 4 stars from me because it was tasty and easy, but needed a little more than the recipe called for. Try some whole basil leaves, though! :

This is one of my very favorite recipes! I serve it over whole wheat orzo or sometimes whole wheat linguini. Highly recommended!

This is the first thing that I've ever attempted to make and I'm glad that I stumbled upon this recipe because it was easy enough for a guy who barely knows how to boil water and it came out very tasty! I used thrice the amount of red pepper flakes that the recipe called for to give it a little extra kick, then put it over whole wheat rotini and it made a nice dinner alongside a glass of the $3 bottle of chardonnay that I used to cook the shrimp.

It was delicious and light. I served lightly tossed in spaghetti, added a little more crusshed red pepper and garlic (because we love garlic and spice, and sprinkled Italian Parsley in at the end with just a squirt of lemon.
