These fries were so delicious. I followed the recipe exactly and they came out perfectly and had so much flavor. My boyfriend is a salt fanatic so I let him taste them when they came out of the oven to see if he wanted more salt, but they were perfect.

We've avoided fries like the plague and previous baked recipes that we've tried were pretty crappy. These were great! I used a little garlic powder in place of the fresh and it turned out well. These are definite do-agains and are a way to get the occasional batch of fries back in our life.

Just a hint of garlic, perfect texture, and so simple to make. I would rather have these than real fries any day.

For the few extra minutes it takes you to cut up your own fries, this recipe is well worth it. Garlic gives great flavor.
