My husband I absolutely love this salad. My mom flew in (we live in So. Calif from the East Coast last week and I made this for her for lunch...she loved it. I grill the chicken on my electric grill (that I love from William Sonoma. Yummy! I'll definately be trying more of Ellie's other receipes.

This recipe is one of my favorites. I have made it several times and it always turns out perfect. I usually marinate the chicken in a little olive oil, salt and pepper, lemon juice, and a bit of anchovy paste. If you are craving Caesar salad and trying to eat healthy this recipe is perfect. Each serving is only 5 Weight Watcher points if you include a marinade. Serve this with a soup like butternut squash, sweet potato, or lentil for a perfect lunch or dinner!

This recipe is absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! We love Chicken Caesar's but the fat and excessive calories really limits how often we have them. Well no more! Thanks!

This caesar salad recipe is awesome... It is hard to believe that it is lower in fat than other caesar dressing recipes.

This is hands down the best low-fat Caesar dressing I've ever made. I substituted one coddled egg for the pasteurized egg product and used 3 anchovies instead of paste. If you want the full, creamy flavor of a Caesar dressing without all the fat and calories then you have to try this recipe!

This is the best low-fat caesar salad that I've found so far. Very easy to put together, we didn't even use all the dressing.

This caesar dressing is awesome. I just love Ellie, she seems like a truly genuine person and her recipes are fantastic. I love her philosophy of eating fresh, real food. No fake food will be found on her show. I think there is a very jealous person who lurks around on here, giving her bad reviews. There seems to be one particularly hostile review for each of her recipes. Don't listen to that troll. This caesar dressing is the real deal. My aunt owns a very successful restaurant, and this caesar recipe is just as good as my aunt's but with half the fat. GREAT job Ellie- keep it up!

This was an expensive recipe to try out because the anchovy paste was almost $5, the spinach $3, the egg product $2, Romaine $3 and 4 chicken breasts were $7 and then for it to taste horrible was really disheartening.
I will not try her recipes again.
Very disappointing!!!
It tastes just like gasoline, actually I go to your local gasoline station even with gas at at $3.00 a gallon, buy about 8 ounces and pour it over your salad fixings and the gasoline would taste better than this dressing did.
Never again.. I wish I could have given it 0 stars.

I have made this a few times now and STILL cannot believe that this is low fat and healthy! This is just as good as a full fat Caesar! My hubby and I eat this about once a week now. Good for lunch or dinner. If you enjoy Caesar salads, this is a MUST!
