    The whole family loved the flank steak and the portobello mushrooms although I felt the need to double the marinade recipe to cover the steak and mushrooms. Next time we will substitute the green beans for asparagus.

    These recipes would be more useful for me (I have Type 1 diabetes if the nutritional information per serving (including the size of the serving was posted with the recipe. Is this available somewhere on the web site?

    This is a very simple recipe that yields a very tasty result! The only differences I made was not using the onion (I forgot to get one at the store and used a few cherry tomatoes instead of regular ones. I think these changes helped make the other flavors shine!
    The balsamic vinegar and garlic are very tasty in this dish. The salad dressing is excellent - I will make some to use on other salads!

    My husband and I decided a couple of weeks ago to eat healthier and try to lose a few pounds. So I started searching for meals that were low in fat but big on flavor. This recipe looked interesting, so I made it tonight.We both consider it a do-over and it now goes into our permanent file. It was exceptionally good. Grilling the mushrooms and the meat after marinating for the full four hours really made for a tasty and satisfying meal. We didn't miss not having a starch with the meal. I made it exactly as printed, just made a little extra dressing because we like the flavor of balsamic vinegar so much. Thanks for adding a new meal to our repertoire.

    My daughter saw this recipe on the Food Network when she was recovering from a virus. She kept insisting that we try it. It was a bit fussier and more exotic than I would normally make for my family but they loved it. Very filling and flavorful!
