This is simple and delicious... Made it with a grilled steak, and dinner was ready in no time, and it was so yummy. I had tried grilled romaine in a restaurant and was so happy to find a healthier (and delicious version. Thank you Ellie!

Loved it! My husband was feeling adventurous so he made this. We had some ceasar dressing on the side, but it wasn't necessary. We will def make this many times.

This is such a great and easy side dish! I sprinkled parmesan cheese on top when it was done to add a hint of the ceasar salad flavor that we all associate with romaine lettuce! Was delicious and will definitely cook it again!

This was not great, in fact the lettuce came out wilted and bland. Kind of gross.

I had grilled romaine in a restaurant a long time ago. (Grilled Caesar Salad actuallyl and I love it then. I never tried it on my own because i was afraid. I am so glad this was on here because it will be my new side dish.

What a quick, easy, light, and unbelievably delicious dish! I grilled it on the BBQ for about 5 minutes and couldn't believe it had such great flavor. I added a sprinkle of grated parmesan on top immediately after taking the lettuce off the grill. I was going to make a light dressing to drizzle over it but after taking a bite, I decided it was so good it didn't need anything else. I sprinkled bacon bits on hubby's to make it meatier for him. Winner! Will make all summer long for sure. The whole family enjoyed it.

Who would have thought of grilling lettuce? What a nice surprise - this is our new favorite way to eat it - the grilling brings out such an awesome, complex flavor. It's amazing!

I made this only because I thought it was so bizarre to grill lettuce. Well, it's excellent. I got great reviews from my husband and 10year old. My seven year old doesn't quite appreciate it yet. I went light on the balsamic vinegar because I didn't know how I would like it, but it was wonderful and I ended up using more.

Who would have guessed that grilled romaine is so delicious? It's a great way to enjoy your green leafy veggies instead of a salad. Don't let the photo keep you from trying this.
