My husband LOVES this salad. He gets so excited when I tell him I'm making it! He hates healthy food! This is definitely a keeper!! FABULOUS!

This is too good. Made this today and I want more. Make sure you have the meat submerged into the marinade. Very tender. Wasn't sure how the marinade would work as a dressing, but oh boy does it work. Followed the recipe to the letter. This is definitely a keeper.

This salad is wonderful. I let the meat marinate for 48 hours and it was so tender. The dressing was awsome, loved that the marinade and dressing was the same. The fresh herbs were a great topping. Will make again.

Everyone loved it! I would make more marinade next time to have more dressing for the salad. I also added cucumbers and shredded carrots to the salad. Will make again and again! Great summer dinner!

Great recipes, although I did tweak it a bit. I used fish sauce instead of soy sauce which I feel is more authentic to Thai. I also omitted the basil and used a little bit of mint leaves instead. I didn't bother marinating the meat. I also used romaine, sprouts, red bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, red onion and some shredded up broccoli/carrot slaw. I happened to have had thai the week before and had beef salad so was inspired to make it at home. This version was way better than the one I had in the resturaunt!

Loved the marinade and the steak but didn't like the marinade as a salad dressing.

I have limited myself to once a month for making it because it is the best thing I have ever had. I'm wishing I had it right now as I type this. I'm a bold flavor kiind of person. I love spice and heat so if this isn't your thing I would stay away from this otherwise GO FOR IT!

Thank you Ellie Krieger for creating this amazing meal!

THIS IS MY LAST MINUTE-SPUR OF THE MOMENT TO ENTERTAIN MEAL. I JUST LOVE THE MARINATE THAT I ALWAYS HAVE SOME PREPARED CAUSE I USE IT AS A SALAD DRESSING! I MARINATE THE MEAT MIN IF TWO HRS. THOUGH WHEN I HAVE THE TIME MARINATE OVER NITE. I SERVE IT WITH ROASTED VEGGIES AND COUSCOUS WHICH I EITHER I SPICE THEM UP OR ADD VEGGIES. IT IS ALWAYS A HIT. THANKS ELLIE.
